General Manager Opportunity
We are looking for a dynamic manager who can grow the membership by providing great customer service and marketing the facility to local residents and businesses. This 18,000 square feet facility, in the heart of DC, is a membership club with fitness, spa, group exercise and personal training.
Here is what we are looking for in a successful candidate:
• Must have proven results with increasing club membership
• Must have experience with recruitment, selection, training and development.
• Possess the ability to coach staff, set goals, manage performance and delegate
• Must hold a current certification from ACSM, ACE, NASM, or NSCA.
• Bachelor’s degree in an Exercise Related Field is preferred.
• Two to three years of management experience in a fitness setting
• Must have current CPR, CPT, CEU’s and AED certification
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Must have strong time management and organizational skills
