This is a a very cute small studio in the Eastern Market. 3 blocks from the Eastern Market metro. very safe neighborhood.
The studio is furnished with one full size bed lofted with storage underneath, two large Ikea wardrobes, two folding tables/ stools that I use for night stand, kitchen table w/ two chairs, bookshelves, microwave, toaster oven, dishes, pots and pans. All you need to bring is your sheets, your towels and your clothes. Will consider leaving down blankets if you bring your own duvet cover.
Room is for rent from May 10 - August 10. Those are the dates I am on travel.
Apartment is for show on thursday nights - Sunday afternoon by appointment.
Prefer one person only to lease apartment. Will not consider smokers. Deposit is required, first person to give deposit gets apartment.
