The house is in a great location, 1 block from tenleytown metro, close to CVS, Safeway, and lots of different restaurants (a couple bars). Three roomates, all students very easygoing. Rent is 600 a month plus utilities. 300 security deposit due at move in date and will be returned on move out date. Move in and move out dates are flexible (up to a few days).
