Cost of living super super cheap for food and getting around is easy, home is in pretty neighborhood but just 5 minutes from I-90 rapid access to either Spokane or Coeur D'Alene in either direction, 15-30 minutes.

Big driveway. Possibility of us loaning you an older fuel-efficient Honda Civic wagon, automatic transmission (1989) as part of the swap, so you don't have to buy or rent a car, but it's an older little critter and we'd want to make sure we're all square with insurance and liability if that's good with you!

Nice fenced area for dogs, great access to outdoor and nature activities. You'll have to shovel snow, but you might have had to do that anyway! :)

May be available for other times throughout the year, simple 1974 home that's comfy and friendly.

I'm looking for Metro access to downtown DC as I'd love to look for work involved with Small Business to see how we can help this stinker economy along and get folks starting businesses and hiring good people again. It'll be one big grand noble experiment.

Swap only, as I do not own the Idaho home outright so I can't give it away just yet! :)

If you know of anyone who may be interested, I have flexibility and would be open to moving on relatively short notice. The home is currently unfurnished, so we can look into what you'd need (appliances like dishwasher, side by side fridge, stove and washer/dryer (dryer needs to be hooked up to gas) available.

I would ideally like to bring 2 Siamese cats with me to DC, but am open to options if that's a dealbreaker.

My condo has 880 SF; it is a very comfortable 1/1.5 with large balcony, in a secure building with swimming pool, bicycle storage and laundry room in every floor. There are only 6 condos per floor, and the entire building has 6 floors. My condo is on 5th floor. There is an automatic elevator.
It has central air conditioning w/thermostat and ceiling fans in 3 rooms (living, bedroom and kitchen).
It has a king size bed with a new Serta mattress, a leather living room sofa set, a recliner, table + 6 chairs, a Baldwin vertical piano, 3 high chairs to use at the breakfast counter opening between kitchen and dining room, two extra beds (foldable) for visitors.
There is one assigned parking space; there are also guest spots. No pets allowed in the building.
The building is about one mile from the Atlantic ocean and boardwalk, and at walking distance from downtown Hollywood (restaurants, cafes, shows, etc.).
What do I want in the DC area: a condo for my wife and I; we have no children, so we just need room for the two of us. We want a furnished place with at least one bedroom and one bath, but can use larger than that.
My place of work is in zip 20036 so I need to be near Metro Blue or Orange line for easy commuting.
I will consider exchanges for 3 months, 6 months or more.
