A career opportunity for an individual who seeks advancement in technical support of advance computer systems. This opportunity is for a hands on and on site Technical Support individual to provide technical supervision and system oversight support for an advanced Server Computer system running on Linux and Windows operating systems, using Oracle Data Base and C++ coded Application Software. The system is an Radio Frequency Identification (RFID)system performing in a Real Time Tracking and Location (RTLS) protocol.

The employee will provide Tier 1/2 level technical support for the manufacturer (us) and customer support to the end user. The work site is in Washington D.C. Limited travel requirements but some opportunity for career growth is available and would require some limitied travel 2-3 days per month/6 weeks. The company will provide product training on an ongoing basis.

Basic Job Requirements that Applicant must meet:

- Willing to participate in random drug screen testing
- Able to pass a complete and through Criminal Security background check. Speeding tickets okay but any arrest and conviction of any felony will disqualify applicant
- Minimum of High School Degree with 2 years technical training and advanced degree or 5 years on job experience
- Must live within or commutable distance to Washington D.C.
