The Technical Support Analyst III is primarily responsible for providing technical support to users located in AED's Washington, D.C. office complex, but will occasionally provide support to AED's remote and international staff. The TSA III will respond mostly to calls received from the Help Desk and will therefore be required to troubleshot both hardware and software problems. The incumbent will provide technical support to end users utilizing Windows XP clients in a Novell NetWare networked environment. Provide backup for managing the Help Desk as designated by the Help Desk Manager or CTO/Director of IT.
Bachelors required; A+ Certification and/or a CNA preferred; Minimum 3 years Microsoft Windows XP experience; Minimum 3years of NDS/ADS experience; Minimum 4 years Customer Service experience; Previous member of an IT support staff.
