Williams & Connolly LLP is seeking an outgoing; service oriented User Support Representative to provide technical support to end users on a variety of issues. The User Support Representative (Help Desk) will respond to incoming telephone calls, e-mails and in-person requests, as well as record all issues in a tracking database and monitor open issues until resolved. Candidates must have the flexibility to work varied hours as needed.
Qualified applicants should be motivated to learn and support the firm’s existing and new software applications. Patience, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong initiative and strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows XP and the Office 2007 suite is required. Experience with common litigation support applications is strongly desired. Candidates must also possess exceptional customer service skills, good problem solving and diagnostic ability, a flexible approach to teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Hours are 1:30 pm -10:00 pm with flexibility for OT as needed. A college degree is preferred.
