Team Lead - Audio Visual Technician

Vistronix, Inc. is currently seeking a Team Lead for our Audio Visual Technician group. Our staff members provide outstanding Audio Visual and Teleconferencing support to our clients in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. We are looking for someone with a solid background in A/V as well as supervisory experience to serve as the Team Lead for this group of professionals. As the Team Lead, you will ensure that all staff members are providing the appropriate event support to our clients in a timely and professional manner. You will be responsible for coordinating with our client’s management team regarding project reports, status meetings, etc. As needed, you will also provide hands-on A/V support for surge support or when full-time A/V Technicians are unavailable due to scheduled absences or illness.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of A/V and/or Teleconferencing experience which will include at least 1 year supervising other staff members. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills needed. Technical, Audio Visual and/or Teleconferencing certifications a strong plus. The selected candidate will be required to pass a client background check which will include criminal record checks and a drug screen. Valid driver's license a plus.
