"This unit has a king in the master, a single and double in the second bedroom and a queen in the third bedroom. The sofa makes into a queen. The rental folks say eight and it depends on the group and number of kids. We rent to families over age of 25 as 50% of the building has permanent residents.Computer with high speed internet access. Vonage internet phone service with free US and Cnd calls.
Check in is after 2:00 PM and check out is by 10:00 AM This is the total rent and includes all fees. Please confirm with a phone call or email if you want the condo. Remit 50% of rent in the next 10 days and the balance by 30 days prior to your stay.
