Feed the Hungry, Make New Friends !! (near Dupont Circle)

The Food For All DC program delivers food to poverty stricken members of our community. They tend to be elderly, handicapped, or single mothers with young children.
We are looking for energetic volunteers to help us distribute the food to our clients. If you have a vehicle, that is great, but we also need people without vehicles to help navigate and assist with the delivery process. It is great to come with a friend as well!
We meet each Saturday morning at a church in East Dupont Circle. You can get the exact location from our website, http://foodforalldc.org or by emailing us.
We begin packing the boxes at 9am, and begin sending the drivers out for delivery around 10:00 am. Most delivery routes take about 2 hours, and they are all within DC proper.
We do not need any sort of time committment aside from the few hours on the Saturday that you plan to participate. The atmosphere is extremely positive and this event has become a gathering place for many service-oriented DC area residents.
