Volunteers Needed for Quit Smoking Study
The University of Maryland College Park School of Public Health is conducting a study comparing an FDA approved medication (not yet approved for smoking cessation) vs. placebo that may help people quit smoking.
Eligibility Requirements: Volunteers must be 18 years or older and smoking at least 15 cigarettes a day for the last five years.
Compensation: All office visits, medical evaluations, medical care and investigational medications related to the study will be provided at no cost to participants. Participants will be compensated for their time.
