Conceive, design, and create HTML/CSS layouts and graphics for multiple web sites. Apply user-centered design techniques and best practices to design artistic and functional user interfaces.


Must haves:

* HTML/CSS

(semantic, standards-compliant, table-less layouts)

* JavaScript knowledge


* Design skills, with a preference for clean design.

* A thorough understanding of accessibility, standards-compliance, semantic code and validation

* Solid understanding of cross-browser issues and solutions

Desired skills:

* XML/XSLT
* Illustration skills
*Must be a team player who is able to take instruction and hit the ground running.
