Position Summary
As an associate creative developer you will be helping to develop cutting edge sites and award winning interactive work for some of the best clients around. You will work with both creative and development teams and have a pivotal role in delivering solutions. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Develop Flash pieces that balance creative and technical excellence
Work closely with art directors and designers to ensure creative intent and results are achieved at the highest level
Use motion and animation techniques to bring static design comps to life
Implement innovative Flash techniques and features
Required Experience
Basic ActionScript 2.0/3.0
Strong portfolio of highly visual, data-sensitive interactive projects
Ability to interface equally well with designers, back-end developers and other flash developers
Willingness to experiment and to push/be pushed
Desirable
After Effects and programming knowledge a plus
