Job Description
We are looking for an IT Project Manager who will be responsible for ensuring quality and profitability of all our consulting and implementation projects. This project manager should have a solid technical background, without being a developer or software engineer. In other words, the successful candidate will be able to gather business requirements, relay these requirements to the technical teams, but will also be capable of logging into the CRM, CMS, Portal Server etc. to help sketch out a solution prototype.

We will have case interviews with the 3-5 most suitable candidates, where you will work with our project team to solve questions like:
"Please take a look at the attached proposal and create a project schedule for us. You can create the schedule in a software of your choice (including MS Excel). Email the schedule with a brief explanation to the client."

Duties

• Create and revise project work plans

• Track software development and consulting projects

• Track project cost/revenue

• Manage project teams, including MWT onsite staff and outsourced resources

• Review project deliverables before passing them to the client

• Become the technical go to person for clients

• Manage client expectations

• Coordinate daily team tasks

• Project risk management

• Beta testing

• Assistance with Project Proposals

• Work with creative team and engineering team to identify best possible client solutions

• Presentation of solutions to clients


Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years of comparable experience

• College degree

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Excellent technical understanding and computer skills: Microsoft and Linux based technologies

• Business skills: Help identify and pursue opportunities
