I need help creating a new web site that will principally feature short videos.

We will populate the site with a large number of high-quality videos at the start, and add more every day. We will also solicit videos submitted by readers.

We will want to be able to rank our entire video population by popularity, so that the most popular will rise to the top. We also want to do lots of online polls and other interactive events.

We need help managing the harvesting of emails intelligently and determining how to maximize our revenues from AdSense and YouTube.

We expect to have a large foreign audience, and seek smart advice about that.
