ICF International seeks a Web Developer to support client research and data gathering projects in the Applied Organizational Research line of business. This position is full-time and is based in our Metro-accessible Fairfax headquarters office.
The Web Developer will provide full life-cycle systems analysis and application programming.
Responsibilities include:
Gathering and documenting system requirements
Producing and documenting designs for custom applications and systems integration
Translating designs into finished application products using client/server and web tools
Developing testing plans for custom applications
Developing both technical and customer-oriented documentation
Maintaining custom applications
Providing customer support for applications as needed
Working closely with teams of researchers in areas ranging from personnel/human resources to environmental impact to education and child care.
Qualifications needed include:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or MIS required
Experience in HTML, ASP, VB.NET, .NET Framework, JAVA and JavaScript required
Experience with any of the following is preferred: Vovici EFM Community, Oracle, PL/SQL, ColdFusion, Visual Studio, Crystal Reports or Active Reports, developing web applications, object oriented design and development, XML, DHTML, or VBScript.
