•Food safety

•Food quality and consistency monitoring

Ensuring high quality area presentation by optimizing selling space and maximizing selling potential <br>
Partner with the Airport Management Teams to enhance the guest experience and grow sales through effective merchandising <br>
Create inviting merchandise displays <br>
Manage brand and vendor relationships <br>
Lead team through constantly changing environment, expectations and operating plans. <br>
Lead and develop General Managers to become a high performing merchandising team (includes category development & training components) <br>
Design category programs and training tools <br>
Oversee and develop category strategies to meet quality, variety, service and margin expectations for the Brands. <br>
Architect for brand merchandising and prototype development strategies <br>
to appeal to target customers. <br>
Coordinate and oversee merchandising programs and training team activities that support category strategy execution. <br>
Responsible for achieving sales, margin, shrink and guest <br>
perception targets. <br>
Developing Consumer Marketing Programs (including research and promotions) <br>
Ongoing Analysis (including product performance, margin/profit optimization, competitor analysis, consumer surveys, review and improve operational metrics) <br>
Collaborate with teams to drive incremental sales opportunities <br>
Strategically develop and implement new business processes focused on improving key business metrics <br>
Overall ownership of the following: P&L, pricing, promotion, product development, and improving the guest experience <br>
Utilize industry connections for unique and exclusive product assortments <br>
Rapidly grow revenue and margin for direct categories <br>
Execute regional, market and store-specific strategies/initiatives for each market and store. <br>
Support effective analysis of competitive, demographic, and economic situation and trends within the region/market. <br>
Ensure competitive region and markets’ food pricing strategies and execution are effectively and profitably building the brands. <br>
Plan, train and develop leadership talent throughout the regions. <br>
Ensure compliance with Company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations <br>
Tour locations and competitive food/restaurant operators to effectively execute responsibilities.<br>
 Skills/Qualifications:<br>
<br>
Demonstrated expertise in merchandising skills, numeric reasoning to include proficiency in adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and calculating percentages. <br>
Proficient computer knowledge to include MS Office <br>
Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of 10 years’ food/retail experience with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role. <br>
3-5 years experience supervising in a multi-department environment <br>
Product sourcing and procurement knowledge. <br>
Some familiarity with airport industry and trends helpful but not required. <br>
Strong interpersonal and teambuilding skills <br>
Results oriented with a willingness to follow through, make informed decisions, complete tasks and problem solve; <br>
Exhibited attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy <br>
Strong analytical skills and knowledge of the competition to identify opportunities and drive sales. <br>
