Optimize campaigns based on HSN category mix and customer behavior. <br>
Be knowledgeable of and leverage analytical tools such as Coremetrics, Hitwise, etc to understand performance of the programs. <br>

Qualifications <br>

Minimum Requirements: <br>
Bachelors degree in a related field <br>
5 years experience in online marketing - experience in display advertising is required <br>

<description><![CDATA[GYMR Public Relations in Washington, DC is looking for full-time interns for Winter/Spring 2010.  The internship is from <b>December 28, 2009 through May 28, 2010</b>. Interns work closely with account teams and participate in a variety of client-related activities.  Responsibilities may include preparing targeted media lists, conducting research, assisting in partnership development, monitoring issues in the national media, participating in brainstorms and providing administrative support, as needed.  GYMR interns gain valuable media relations; partnership building and health policy experience and often contribute to and provide support for national campaign launch events, and press conferences. This is a full time – 40 hours a week internship.  Unpaid leave for vacations, appointments, etc. can be arranged. Business hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday with 30 minutes for lunch.  <b><u>Applications will be accepted until December 7, 2009</u>.</b>  *No Phone Calls Please.

<b>Prerequisites</b>

<ul><li>Exceptional organizational and time management skills, attention to detail

We’re looking for an experienced online community coordinator who will nurture, manage and act as champion for an online community of users who are working to build neighborhood playgrounds using the planning tools available at kaboom.org.

The DIY Community Coordinator (or DIY Community Manager, based on experience) also will represent the needs of playground builders as KaBOOM! expands and improves its online tools, and will help to determine and implement product-development priorities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

•	Seek out and actively recruit potential users for the DIY Planner on kaboom.org.  Focus most heavily on attracting leaders who will initiate new projects.
<br>

<br>
•	Facilitate users’ movement through, and successful use of, the DIY Planner and other online tools.
<br>

<br>
•	Identify common obstacles faced by users of the online planning tools and work with our software developers to address them quickly and effectively.
<br>

<br>
•	Act as the public face of KaBOOM! to its DIY community – the grease that keeps it running and the glue that holds it together.
<br>

<br>
•	Help to develop and lead DIY-related webinars.
<br>

<br>
•	Reach out to third-party organizations (online or offline) whose involvement could improve the DIY Planner.
<br>

<br>
•	Help successful users of the DIY Planner to continue engaging with the KaBOOM! community after their projects are complete.
<br>

<br>
•	Work on other online community tasks as required.
<br>

•	Perform any other duties as required.

Qualifications:

Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of full-time work experience with a background that includes measurable success in some combination of the following areas:

•	Managing an online community;

*  Research, schedule, and successfully execute regular community marketing events including health fairs, senior expos, and any other event that would promote our services to the general public.<br>
*  Create and conduct presentations to our referral sources. <br>
*  Develop community partnership opportunities.<br>
*  Develop and successfully implement, at least monthly, an educational promotion to make a positive impression on all referral sources and distinguish HISC from other companies.<br>
*  Follow up on all referral contacts with appropriate correspondence such as thank you notes.<br>
*  Provide Owner weekly activity reports.  <br>
*  Meet or exceed respective operational goals for sales and productivity.<br>
*  Complete other duties assigned by the Owner.<br>

Secondary <br>
*  Meet with potential clients and their family members to discuss our services.<br>
*  Participate in caregiver training meetings three times a year.<br>

Qualifications:<br>
*  At least three years experience in marketing and/or healthcare sales such as home care, DME; pharmaceutical sales is strongly preferred<br>

The Search Engine Marketing Coordinator’s primary responsibilities are to focus on the management and growth of paid search (PPC) marketing campaigns, as well as, SEO and other online marketing initiatives.<br>

Specific Responsibilities include:<br>
•	Drive paid search engine marketing (PPC) efforts including keyword generation, creative testing, bid management, landing page optimization, reporting, and budget management.  <br>
•	Drive landing page optimization and conversion initiatives to maximize paid search spend and lead conversion.<br>
•	Support search engine optimization (SEO) and marketing efforts through ongoing analysis and reporting of website metrics; and implementation of SEO initiatives. <br>
•	Communicate regularly with internal groups, including sales and customer service, regarding marketing initiatives.<br>
•	Support other marketing projects including initiatives to increase social media opportunities and facilitate customer reviews.<br>
<br>
Job Requirements	<br>
•	Minimum 3-5 years SEM paid search (PPC) and SEO experience<br>
•	Strong knowledge of SEM/SEO methods and best practices<br>
•	Familiarity and experience with Google, Yahoo, MSN; bid management tools; PPC and SEO analytics; and Web analytics<br>
•	Strong verbal and writing skills<br>
•	Experience with marketing automation systems (Eloqua), ecommerce, or HTML a plus<br>
•	Proficiency with basic office suite tools – Excel, Word, PowerPoint<br>
•	Excellent time and project management with exceptional attention to detail<br>
•	Desire and demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously <br>
•	Self-motivated and energetic individual with a high level of initiative and thrives working a fast-paced environment<br>
