For sale is my 2004 Kawasaki 1500. It currently has 5,870 miles. As you can see from the photos it is in very good condition. It is mostly original except for a few modest upgrades. The original exhaust was replaced with a Vance & Hines exhaust; the carburetor was properly adjusted at the dealer. I added a couple chrome pieces such as a headlight cowl and oil filler cap. There is also a case guard and rear guard. Should the bike fall (which it has not), it is well protected. All chrome pieces are Arlen Ness billet aluminum for Kawasaki. I replaced the original air filter with a K & N filter. The Vulcan insignias on the sides of the gas tank were removed; it looks better without them. I recently changed the motor oil and final case gear oil. The bike runs great! It is liquid cooled with a drive-shaft. The bike is dark green and off white. Mileage is unknown. The previous owner told me that the speedo broke at around 10K miles and was replaced. It currently reads 20,8xx, but going up as I continue to ride it. The title is free and clear but the "not actual mileage" box is checked.

Home Depot bolt and nut on left strut. When we removed the rear fender for painting, one of the bolts broke, we drilled it out and replaced it with a bolt/nut combo. I have a replacement stainless bolt from Honda, but it's too short to go through both the backrest and fender.

The Good:
Runs Great, starts right up even on cold mornings.
All original (except for paint and Kuryakn ISO grips).
Gets between 50-55MPG (I'm an old guy so I ride like one!)
Recent inspection (06/09)
Recent maintenance (all fluids flushed)
Brakes (front disk and rear drum) and tires < 3K miles
Turnkey package, bike needs nothing.

It has a removable windshield that goes with it. I don't like it, so I never used it. Also, the backrest/rack and rear seat come with it.

Please no low ball offers I have half my asking price in paint alone. This is a great starter bike at a great price that you won't out grow fast. I am buying a newer bigger bike and this one has to go, sadly.

1984 Harley Davidson XLH1000 sportster, good condition, running well last time I started it. This thing is nothing short of gorgeous, I hate to sell it but am realizing that I made a mistake buying a 1000cc bike for my first. Drag bars, Pipes, Roadster tank (bigger, go further between gas stations). I wish that I didn't have to part with this beautiful thing but I want to downsize.
Before you email me: know that this bike has not been started in about 2.5 months, and could probably use a good carb cleaning to run optimally. It was blown over in a windstorm (apparently this is common, looking on CL a lot of bikes have this problem) (March 2008) and in that storm picked up some scratches on the front fender, but I picked it up and rode it the next day no problems. Other than that, I'd say it's in good condition.
This bike is doubtless being sold "as is" it has current plates and such, but it's not a new motorcycle and will probably want someone to take good care of it. I know I LOVE this bike and hate to sell it, but situations mandate sale.

The jacket is size 48 and has the reflective pinstriping and shoulder patches. The jacket is in excellent condition and weight approx. 6 punds. This thing will protect you and yet the perforations allow you to wear it in the summer and still stay reasonably cool. The jacket has adjustments at the waist.

The HJC leather pants have the hip padding and hard cup knee protectors which can be removed if you want. The pants are also in excellent condition and have no scuffs. The pants are 39 inches in length and are designed to be worn in boots. The legs have zippers at the end to ensure easy removal yet a tight fit. The wasteband is adjustable.

Both items have zippers in the rear to allow you to join the two together.

I am also including an XL Aria Quantum-F helmet and a pair of AlpineStars GP Plus gloves with carbon fiber protectors on the knuckles.
