Office Manager/Bookkeeper. You must have a minimum of 5 years of expierence.
* To keep current all aspect of bookkeeping, including A/R, A/P, collections, journal entries, etc. for retail and real estate companies.
* Payroll & Taxes for 50+employees
* Daily reconciliation including of bank accounts, daily deposits
* Monthly Billing
* Hiring, review, Dismissal
* Managing Administration department, in charge of 6 retail stores
* Inventory Control and ordering
* In charge of software upgrade and new installations
* In charge of billing and receiving
