Part Time Accounting Administrator - Bethesda Metro

Commercial Real Estate firm needs a reliable, motivated, detail-oriented person who will provide support to our EVP, Finance and Accounting for 15 to 20 hours per week.

Requirements
• BA or equivalent
• Prior accounting experience
• Basic MS Excel skills
• Responsible, reliable, trustworthy, efficient, organized, detail-oriented self-starter
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good command of the English language

Responsibilities
• Process commission invoices, create invoices, and update excel worksheets
• Enter receivables and payables in accounting database
• Prepare and enter payables and process checks weekly
• Monthly bank reconciliations and expense analyses
• General office filing and other projects as required
