Growing sales team in Rockville, MD is searching for a versatile bookkeeper/admin assistant with minimum 3 years experience. General knowledge of A/R, A/P, G/L, bank reconciliations, and payroll experience is required. Partial responsibilities include: preparing purchase orders and invoices, receiving payments using QuickBooks software, and general administrative duties. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is required. Successful candidates will be versatile, organized, and have excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability and desire to work in a team environment is required. Self starters only. This position is current part-time, flex-time position, and has potential to convert to full-time employment.
