We need a service-minded, self-starter and adaptable professional with a strong billing and collection background for a leader in the portable storage and moving industry. This position will be a challenging opportunity supporting a fast growing and fast paced environment company located in Bethesda, MD. We are seeking a bright enthusiastic professional. The ideal candidate will provide AR and collection for our multi-location company within our automated system.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Accurate processing of high volume of activity including contact with customers and internal staff
• Numerous ad-hoc analysis and reporting
• Day to day control of AR related operations and systems
Position Requirements:
• Accounting degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Minimum 4 years experience working in billing and collections in a multi-state enviroment
• Intermediate proficiency using MS Excel
• Process and control oriented
• Effective communication skills both written and oral to effectively work in a multi location environment
