American Custom Contractors is seeking an experienced Project Manager to work in our Production Department. Responsibilities include scheduling projects, ordering materials, coordinating with homeowners, completing final inspections and preconstruction meetings, and insuring the satisfaction of our customers! Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years experience in general contracting or remodeling, preferably with a focus in residential work
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, working on multiple projects at a single time
Process-oriented and moderate to intermediate skills with Microsoft Office.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule; must be available 2 Saturday mornings per month.
Candidate must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a drug screening to be eligible for employment.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Benefits:
Salary $35-$45k, depending on experience.
Commissions for Additional Work sales, anticipated additional commissions of $15,000-$20,000 per year.
