Candidate must be a proven multi-tasker with excellent computer, phone, organization, and people skills. Experience in property or community management or service on a condominium or HOA board of directors is a plus.
Position initially includes assisting community manager with homeowner inquiries, phone and maintenance logs, mailings, data entry, filing and other administrative functions. Training will require taking some reimbursable courses and attending some evening meetings.
