A Successful National Computer Service Company seeks experienced Mobile/Field Technicians experience to work in Howard, PG and Montgomery Counties, Maryland.
Daily responsibilities will include on-site computer services (client's office and home) and periodic marketing and sales in the field. We are looking for multiple technicians for service calls during business hours, some evenings and some weekends.

Virus/Spyware Detection and Removal
Firewalls and Internet Security

Laptop Repair and More
Technical Requirements:
Technical Certifications: Minimum A+
3+ years experience supporting all major home and business applications.
Experience configuring and supporting Windows-based servers
Strong knowledge of PC troubleshooting and repair
Experience with network installation and maintenance, including data recovery and loss prevention and virus protection and spyware/adware removal.
Pass a technical and customer service qualification test covering the wide array of technical problems likely to be encountered on the job.
Sales and Marketing experience a plus.
