Web Site Content Producer
LiveHealthier has an opening for a talented front-end web site content producer to support our young and fast growing health and wellness business. The person in this role will have ownership of developing and implementing client web sites, performing site updates, and establishing and maintaining excellent client relationships. The candidate will also be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of new web-based products and services as required.
Major Activities:
• Setting up and managing client-specific web sites
• Conducting regular site updates to provide the highest levels of quality and performance
• Troubleshooting site issues and working/coordinating with development, program management, customer service to resolve
• Ensuring that client web sites are satisfying contractual requirements
• Gain feedback from customers on new and existing features
• Identify and manage development of site enhancements
Required Experience:
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience with Photoshop and Dreamweaver
• Working knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Excel
• College degree in computer-related field or equivalent experience
• Organization and analytic skills, with problem solving ability
• Excellent communication and written skills
• Client service experience
Specific Job Experience:
• 3-5 years supporting and managing websites
• Experience with content management systems and publishing
• Understanding of Web 2.0 technologies
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and contribute to new ideas required in a diverse, fast-paced, deadline driven team environment.
