We are seeking a bi-monthly (2/month) cleaner for our 2 bdrm/1 bath condo (1077 sq ft) in Takoma Park, MD. It's fairly clean as we have no kids nor pets.

We also want to use green cleaning products. We are happy to provide them or you can bring your own if we like what you use. In your estimate, please indicate if you'll bring them or use ours.

The lists below outlines what cleaning tasks we would like completed per visit as well as on a rotational basis.

If you are interested in this position, please email a per visit cost estimate. We will only consider and respond to messages that include a cost estimate. If you are a cleaning company and would like to submit an estimate, we would like to know the hourly pay rate of your cleaning staff.

We would also be open to paying a little more for an initial visit. Overall, the condo is pretty clean but the window blinds definitely need dusting.

If it's possible for you to estimate how long it would generally take you to clean a unit of this size, we would also appreciate hearing your time estimate.

Finally, please let us know what your time availability is for cleaning.
