Position
The Engineering Maintenance & Operations Director is a hands-on professional with excellent planning, management and communication skills. He/she reports to the Director of Facilities and manages the day-to-day operations of the school including security, emergency planning, transportation, operational support for programs, activities and special events, and preventive maintenance and repairs to all equipment, buildings, and grounds.
Responsibilities:

Coordinate major projects and contract management with the Director of Facilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:
College or trade school degree or equivalent experience with proficiency in facilities management required, degree in engineering, architecture or construction management preferred.
5-7 years experience involving facility maintenance and supervisory responsibilities.
Proven management skills in the areas of personnel, time, cost, quality and facilities management.
Expertise in and an aptitude for administration, management, construction, landscaping, computer usage, and purchasing.
