We presently have a need for an Public Health Officer at Malcolm Grow Medical Center, Andrews AFB, MD.
Public Health Officer to support Malcolm Grow Medical Center, Andrews AFB, MD. This position requires:
Duties include, but are not all inclusive:
Manages medical employee health program for 1,500+ workers, ensures program meets DOD, AF, CDC, and OSHA requirements.
Monitors medical intelligence that affects Andrews AFB personnel, identifies appropriate countermeasures, and advises leadership.
Liaison to county health departments and other National Capital Region Military medical treatment facility preventive medicine and public health offices.
Reviews all public programs in order to be inspection ready by federal, AF, or joint committee agencies.
Possess a secret clearance with eligibility to access Public Health programs. Active secret clearance required prior to start of work.
