Experienced FT case manager/discharge planner needed for clinical research unit. Must have acute care clincial experience in mental health field. Ability to multi task & excellent interpersonal communication skills a must. Minimum BA/BS in human services field; Masters a plus. Experience in a hospital setting doing discharge planning is preferred.
