Small Family in need of housing (about $1300) (Rockville/Gaithersburg/Germantown)
My husband and I and our 4 month old son are in need of housing beginning July 15. We have somewhere around $1200 - $1300 a month (approximately) for rent, and we are looking for somewhere that includes utilities (we may be able to afford more depending on whether utilities are included or not).
We are non-smokers; however, we do have 2 small, well-behaved dogs (together weigh under 10 lbs). If at all possible we would like to be allowed to keep them.
