Qualifications & Experience: <br>

Experience/Requirements:  Bachelors Degree in business, education, or related field.  2-3 years experience in training facilitation.  FDA experience preferred.<br>

RESPONSIBILITIES:<br>

«	Work proactively with a diverse management team and be able to effectively prioritize the multiple needs that exist among the five investment areas.<br>
«	Leverage your current network, online social network, blogs, and populate information into the Clovis system to source and secure A-level candidates for both permanent and contract opportunities.<br>
«	Ascertain candidate qualifications; Match to appropriate opportunity; Counsel them through the process, and close the deal.<br>
«	Be the subject matter expert about your business both for your candidates and for your team.<br>
«	Do the detail and administrative work needed to maintain the integrity of the process and facilitate the candidate‘¦s hiring process.<br>
«	Recruiting for internal positions to Clovis  <br>
«	Manage candidate submittals into VMS aligned to Strategic Accounts<br>
«	Passive Sourcing ‘V Build a network of ‘₯A‘¦ candidates that are not found on job boards  (longer sales cycle)<br>
«	Manage an active list candidates for pre-award work for government contractors<br>
