Commercial Interiors General Contractor based in Silver Spring, MD is actively hiring experienced working superintendents to expand our team. Projects are mainly focused throughout the DC Metro Area with a few across the US.
Successful candidates will possess the following:
1) US Citizen
2) Great communication skills, both written and verbal, with owner, clients, management and co-workers
3) Strong leadership and teaching skills
4) Eager to learn more
5) Able to read and fully understand blue prints and other construction documents
6) Proven track record of successful projects (budget and schedule)
7) Ability to adapt to large and small projects and teams
8) Own tools and properly documented transportation
9) Willingness and availability to travel
10) First Aid / Safety training and certifications
11) Knowledge of various trades
12) Clean drug and alcohol test
13) Ability to pass a background check
14) Knowledge of permitting, inspections and jurisdictional codes
15) Team player with a strong desire to help the company grow and prosper
