Seeks Experienced or Inexperienced Cleaning Staff in Waldorf, Maryland ASAP
Must Have Own Transportation
Waldorf Area Applicants Preferred
Part-Time 5 Days a Week Monday-Friday from 4 AM to 7 AM
Applicants will be interviewed and must be clean and presentable due to professional office environment. Background checks will be run on all applicants including, but not limited to: Social Security trace, DMV, and more. Must communicate well in English. Must be able to perform the task listed below, but not limited to:
1 Spray and wipe all surfaces in all offices/open areas (i.e. windows, window sills, bookshelves, bookcases, etc.)
2 Vacuum all offices and mop tile and hardwood floors
3 Empty all trash cans and take trash out back
4 Wipe down small office kitchen including placing dishes in dishwasher, kitchen counters, outside of containers and appliances
5 Clean all restrooms, wipe mirrors, sweep and mop floors, spray faucets and all handles with disinfectant after cleaning restrooms, dust all picture frames and walls for cobwebs
6 Clean windows (inside and outside), wood trimmings, and light fixtures
