Found Bike - Suspect it was Stolen (Frederick, MD)

I found a nice Giant bike hidden in the bushes. It has a combination lock on it. Suspect the bike was stolen from owner.
If you can tell me the combination for the lock on the bike I'd be happy to return the bike to you.
