Williams Life Center, Inc. is seeking highly qualified Licensed Social Workers.
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive case management for children placed in our foster care programs in an attempt to improve their quality of life and maintain the highest possible ability to function within the community. The successful candidate will conduct all intake activity, assess the child for program appropriateness, match the child with a suitable family, and develop and monitor an individualized treatment plan for the child in placement.
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited university.
LGSW or LCSW. If recently graduated, LGSW required within 6 months of hire date.
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Excellent computer skills (Microsoft products).
Acceptable driving record and dependable transportation.
DESIRED SKILLS (NOT REQUIRED):
Experience working with foster care population.
Possess ability to work in diverse setting and understand cultural differences.
