Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist all COE guests
• Answer and route incoming calls
• Coordinate facility use schedules and conference lines
• Make copies
• Maintain cleanliness of office and interface with building maintenance staff
• File, store, and track documents
• Maintain all standard forms
• Maintain graphic files, templates and procedures
• Update and maintain various word documents and Excel spreadsheets
• Interface with IT support provider for repair and support all technology (data interface and equipment)
• Purchase and track office equipment
• Maintain Copiers and postage meter
• Take and report meter readings for designated equipment
• Maintain Phone System
• Maintain office security system
• Responsible for bank deposits and petty cash
• Assist with the set-up of new employees
• Sort and distribute mail, sign for all deliveries and route to recipient in a timely manner
• Coordinate all mailing, courier, and express mail activity
• Assist in supporting company events such as open houses, marketing mailings, monthly birthdays, etc.
• Order and maintain supplies
• Schedule meetings and events as needed
• Record staff meeting minutes
• Enter time sheets in current time entry system
• Maintain contacts in corporate Outlook
• Provide back-up support for Consulting/Product Solutions Administrative Assistant
• Manage and execute company events such as receptions, holiday party’s, etc.
• Execute assigned administrative projects
• Conduct other duties as assigned

Required Elements:
• 3+ years experience
• Experience in a rapid paced, time sensitive, high quality environment
• Experience with all MS Office applications
• Ability to prioritize work; manage multiple tasks and activities; adjust work load as necessary to achieve deadlines and meet expectations
• Strong problem solving capabilities and the ability to visualize and communicate solutions
• Professional, pleasant, and polished demeanor
• Ability to take little direction and achieve quality results independently
• Strong customer service focus
• Ability to work collaboratively with others
• Willingness to contribute in a highly dynamic environment

Desired Elements:
• Experience with consulting firms servicing the federal government
