It’s fast paced, much like retail or customer service and it certainly requires the same quick thought and problem resolution skills you would utilize in these industries. This position on behalf of ACTION AID will include staffing events at ARUNDEL MILLS MALL starting NOVEMBER 9th.

• An upbeat, positive attitude is a requirement • A strong work ethic and ability to self-manage is a requirement • A professional, clean appearance is a requirement • The ability to retain large amounts of facts and data about clients and present that information in a manner that is favorable to the charity is a requirement • Candidate must be willing and able to follow instructions and remain focused on short and long term goals • Candidate must be flexible with their schedule and available to work weekends and week days alike • Candidate must be able to accept rejection as part of the job • Organization and attention to detail are a must
