Living Ruff is a small, independent, family-owned pet supply shop (we do not sell pets) in the heart of Downtown Silver Spring, MD. We carry a variety of products including natural pet foods, toys, accessories and gifts for pets & their people.

We are currently seeking part time pack members who are available to work flexible daytime, evening and weekend shifts (max 15-20 hours per week). This is NOT a seasonal position – we are seeking individuals looking for long term employment.

Current/valid Driver’s License, clean driving record with no alcohol or drug violations, and own vehicle to make customer deliveries (Driving records will be obtained prior to employment). Knowledge of the Metro area, good sense of direction, and ability to read maps is helpful!

Position responsibilities include:

Demonstrating outstanding customer service with the ability to multitask.

Learning and maintaining knowledge of our natural foods and other products

Stocking shelves and rotating merchandise

Assisting with receiving merchandise: unloading boxes, tagging, stocking

Assisting with store events

Pay is based on experience, and we offer an employee discount on purchases.
