This position is a full-time sales position mixed with off-site assemblies as needed.
Most of your hours will be worked on our sales floor with partial scheduling as our 2nd delivery/assembly associate.
The scheduled hours will fluctuate between 32-45 hours/week depending on our delivery status. We are flexible in scheduling for the most part, but you must be able to work posted mall hours.
FLEXA Furniture is a long established manufacturer of childrens and young adult furniture.
Our company is based out of Denmark. Our product is still manufactured in country of origin and has been environmentally friendly since day one.
The FLEXA line is a modular system that allows the buyer to transform their bed into a variety of different configurations.
With all the different options and features that FLEXA offers having an immense amount of product knowledge is necessary in establishing a productive work environment.
All new hires will be required to learn and understand the product in depth in order to maintain employment with FLEXA.
Along with understanding our product, you will be trained to assemble said products for customers.
We like a fun work environment with a big emphasis on teaching our guests (customers) all about FLEXA's awesome product line!
Being personable is more than a must; having a modest confidence goes a long way in this sales environment. We are a no-pressure sales environment and are here to inform the guest of all the great features of FLEXA.
Our sales staff is not compensated via commission per se, however, if you meet/exceed your monthly sales goal you will take home a percentage of the total as an added bonus to your hourly pay.
Sales goals depend on how many hours are worked.
