I am looking for professionals to share very large 4 bedroom single house in a very friendly Chevy Chase neighborhood.
Two big bedrooms are on the second floor and two average on the main floor.
the big rooms are for $950, while the others are $850 and $750.
My tenants are moving out soon, and spacious 4 rooms will be available starting July 1, 2008. It's great as a Group house.
Hard wood floors all over the house. Each of two bedrooms share one bathroom. Two big bedrooms are on the top floor, two average bedrooms are on the main floor. Formal dinning room, leaving room and sun room are on the main floor as well.
The house is walking distance from Medical Center. Bus stop is in front of the house. . Free parking, garage, fenced backyard, drier, washer, disposal, dishwasher are included. Utilities are not included.
