We disclose every single thing that we find, including normal wear and tear. We would rather let you decide so there are no surprises. This Class 'A' Motorhome Toy Hauler in excellent condition with very minor, strictly cosmetic, blemishes if any. Generator has 270 hours on it. Inside closet door is damaged and is in the process of being replacet with a brand new one. Driver seat has a small tear as shown in the picture. There is no evidence of water leaks. This unit has no problems that I have found besides what I just mentioned. We inspected and checked out every component and try the best to make sure the motorhome is ready for travel.
