A position is available for a positive, team player with great customer service & sales skills.
Job Requirements:
-Assisting customers with wireless plans, phones, and accessories
-Providing attentive Customer Service
-Meeting sales quotas
-Increasing revenue by bringing new business to the store
-Staying updated on Verizon Wireless products, plans and add on features information
-Keeping the store clean, presentable and well merchandised
-Ensuring that marketing materials are properly displayed & up to date
-Retail operation responsibilities like closing out the cash register, auditing customer contracts, maintaining sales reports, etc…
Do you have the following qualifications?
-Good people skills
-Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal skills and problem-resolution skills.
-MUST have reliable transportation
-Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
-Self motivated with the ability to work independently
-Reliable and trustworthy
-Good judgment
VERIZON WIRELESS SALES EXPERIENCE is preferred.
This is a part time opportunity with 30 hours a week There are also opportunities for increased responsibility and promotion.
