Woodbourne Solutions is looking for a Database Developer to join our team supporting the Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development. The working environment at Woodbourne is fast paced and will require the successful candidate to be capable of multi-tasking among multiple projects.
Responsibilities:
• Contribute to software development and maintenance and deployment efforts for government clients.
• Perform user interface, database, and reporting development, maintenance, and deployment using Oracle and SQL Server.
• Demonstrate experience with ETL and XML.
• Design, evaluate, and implement database applications to accommodate various user needs.
• Analyze and determine informational needs and elements, data relationships and attributes, proposed manipulation, data flow and storage requirements, and data output and reporting capabilities of the user department.
• Participate in system requirements gathering efforts and contribute to requirements and design documentation.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers and team members and apply troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience with databases and Oracle SQL
• 3+ years experience writing and debugging Packages and Procedures
• Experience developing models in SSRS or Business Objects Universerses a plus
• BA or BS degree
