At Team Fitness America, our in home personal trainers and other fitness specialists have the opportunity to purely do what they do best and make money while they are doing it. Most personal trainers are great at training clients, but they are unsuccessful at finding new clients. Even when they find people who are potentially interested, they normally don't have the correct training or desire to turn that prospect into a long term client. Once you come on board with Team Fitness America, you will have the backing of a fully trained sales force that solely works on getting you clients. Once a client comes in, we analyze who their potential personal trainer or fitness specialist might be. If you meet their standards, then we give you the client and they become your client for the duration of that program.

In order to be a personal trainer within our organization, you must be certified through a nationally recognized organization and have a current CPR certification. We also look at your previous fitness industry experience to make sure that you have what it takes to train a client fittingly. Our organization does not want an individual who will just stand there and count reps. Instead, we look for personal trainers who get involved with a client's session and provide them with the motivation that they need for program success. Pay structures vary depending upon the region of our personal trainers, but our pay structures have been uniquely developed to provide you with an opportunity to work for us full time. Pay structures for your area will be discussed once we have reviewed your resume and established an interview. Basically, the more clients that you train per week equals a higher compensation for services rendered. Once you reach a certain amount of hours, you will also have the opportunity to take part in our benefit allotment program.

Over 2 years is a plus, but not required
A Nationally Recognized Certification
Degree is a plus, but not required
