It really does work! I can let you try it out before you buy it to see if you can feel how good it really is. I love this thing and it is unfortunate I have to sell it. But I am sure you will like it and it is a good break from regular situps and I really don't even mind using it for exercise.
There is nothing wrong with it at all. I still have the manual and list of exercises that you can do with it. It is basically a new ab lounge for cheap.
