One room, with your own bathroom. There is a kitchen, a washer/dryer, wireless internet, and a bed with a matress (will have to supply your own sheets). The apartment has a gym, a game room, a pool on the roof (no this is not a joke), and is across the street from PG Plaza Mall, the Royal 14 Theater, and is a 5 minute walk to the PG Plaza Metro station. This is only for June-July. The University of Maryland College Park is about 5 minute drive from the Towers, or you can take the bus that the University supplies. I am also throwing in my parking space if you want it. Please note that the rent is per month with parking. I will pay for the change of lease charge.
