Job summary
Provides assistance to clients on all configuration and operational questions as it relates to our products and applications, at all client sites. Assists with software troubleshooting and training for our clinical customers.


Summary of essential job functions
Must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to interact and communicate with a variety of personnel at various levels within client organizations. Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills and recent Information Services experience.


Minimum requirements
One to two years of experience in problem resolution support, systems analysis, and customer support required. Must have a working knowledge of client/server environments and personal computer hardware and software.
