FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Position Requirements
1. Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
2. Have a strong technical background including troubleshooting electrical and mechanical devices. Technical schooling or two years of work related experience.
3. Must consistently pass manufacturer technical training courses which may require travel for periods of up to three weeks.
4. Provide reliable transportation to travel to and from customer locations.
5. Must be able to provide a valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance at all times while possessing a good driving record ongoing.
6. Have a strong work ethic while being able to work both independently and as a team. Must be neatly groomed and attired as to standards set by management.
7. Manage accurate parts inventory while regularly making adjustments to carry adequate stock required to meet high customer demands.
8. Provide a consistent high level of customer satisfaction while maintaining productivity standards set by management.
9. Maintain the highest levels of honesty and integrity associated with conducting business in a wide array of customer environments as well as internally.
10. Physical duties to include lifting up to 80 lbs. on occasion, and up to 40 lbs. on a regular basis. Bending, stooping, squatting, and kneeling are consistent activities associated with this position. Must be able to push, pull, and or move heavy equipment on rollers in order to gain access to serviceable parts on equipment.
